It could be enticing to pack One or two cans or bottles of instant protein shakes into your bag, but have you ever checked the labels on these products? Before you reach for that pre-made protein shake, think about its contents and the negative results it can have on your body and your training regime. It’s all about choosing the right ingredients to fuel your body and dismissing the ones that are going to waste your time and give you 0 results.
